Pranav is a seasoned entrepreneur and Promoter Director of Matrix Pharmacorp. As Promoter & Executive Director, Pranav not only oversees the day-to-day operations but also drives the strategic direction for the company through his direct management of Supply Chain, Projects & Finance.

With a strong commitment to quality, scientific integrity and ethical governance, Pranav strives to deliver sustainable business results and meaningful healthcare impact.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from Indiana University.

Swathi’s role encompasses Business Transformation, People Operations, Culture, ESG and Digitisation. She is also responsible for developing customer acquisition and retention strategies at Matrix. Having started young, Swathi brings close to two decades of hands-on experience through a career spanning Media & Entertainment and Semiconductors.

Swathi is also a partner in a venture capital firm that focuses on F&B, FMCG and media. Her leadership at Matrix is defined by a steadfast commitment to transparency, integrity and fostering a culture where employees and partners thrive through recognition and respect.

Dr Sanjay Chaturvedi is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Matrix Pharmacorp. He has more than three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, successfully leading multiple organisations. Throughout his career, Sanjay has consistently delivered operational excellence and has expertly navigated the complexities of global drug manufacturing. His proven track record of delivering sustainable growth makes him the ideal visionary to lead Matrix.

Sanjay has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry (Honours) and a master’s degree in physical chemistry from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. He has a PhD in physical chemistry from Stony Brook University, New York and a management degree from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania. He has attended other executive education programs at Harvard and Caltech.

Ganesh is the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Matrix Pharmacorp bringing over 29 years of expertise in the field of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Throughout his distinguished career, Ganesh has managed diverse functions including Sales and Marketing, Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management. He has a proven track record of driving direct API sales to generic and specialty clients across North America, Europe, MENA and South Asia.

At Matrix, Ganesh leads strategic commercial growth, global partnerships and portfolio & market expansion. His leadership plays a key role in shaping our long-term business direction. Ganesh holds an MBA in marketing & operations and a bachelor’s degree in chemical technology with a deep love for cross-cultural collaboration.

As Chief Quality Officer, Dr Sudhakara Reddy upholds the rigorous safety and integrity standards that define Matrix Pharmacorp. With three and a half decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he directs the company’s global quality mission, ensuring every product exceeds international regulatory expectations.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sudhakara has mastered the complexities of global compliance and site inspections. He has a proven track record of securing successful outcomes with major health authorities.

His expertise lies in building robust quality frameworks that bridge the gap between technical requirements and operational efficiency across international borders. His tireless efforts in developing a ‘quality-first’ culture will hold us in good stead for decades to come.

Dr Mukesh Kumar Madhra is the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) at Matrix Pharmacorp. He has over 20 years of experience in synthetic organic chemistry, leading process development and route optimisation for multiple API molecules, ensuring scalable and robust chemistry from lab to commercial manufacturing.

At Matrix, Dr Madhra leads the company’s research & development capabilities and oversees its global scientific strategy. He has a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from Defence Research and Development Establishment (DRDE)- Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Grey Campus.
